Why is it so difficult to pray with those you love? I think the reason is that prayer is such an intimate form of language. It is so personal that many times we don’t want to expose ourselves to the judgement of others. Other reasons my be that we don’t feel confident enough in the words to say or we are afraid that the other person, in this case our spouse, will not want to participate making us feel rejected. Whatever your reasons are, I promise they are all tactics of the enemy to keep prayer out of your marriage.
